CNC Machining

Sheet Metal

Laser cutting, CNC bending, welding, hardware insertion for trays, racks, brackets, cable-management and subsystem frames—optimized for rigidity, fit, and coating compatibility.

Injection Molding

Rapid/bridge tooling through production with qualified partners. Material selection (PEI/ULTEM, PEEK, PC/ABS), draft/radii/gates DFM, and repeatability controls for non-structural interiors and covers.

3D Printing

Fast, versatile builds for concept models, fixtures, and complex geometries. Suitable for design validation and jig/fixture development; multiple processes/materials available.

Vacuum Casting

Urethane casting from silicone molds for cosmetic, molded-like housings or low-volume end-use parts. Excellent for short runs that demand consistent surface quality.

Die Casting

High-volume aluminum/zinc components with good repeatability and cost efficiency. Post-machining and finishing available to meet sealing and assembly requirements.

Extrusion

Commonly MIL-DTL-5541 chem-film where conductivity and paint adhesion matter, or Type II/III anodize for wear/corrosion resistance. We’ll tailor stack-ups to sealing surfaces and grounding features.

Yes—AMS 2700/ASTM A967 passivation is available through our finishing partners; we supply certs with lot/heat traceability on request.
